Regan Ringler, Miss Downtown Nashville, was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2023 among 49 contestants on Saturday evening at Austin Peay State University. Clarksville welcomed approximately 535 people for the crowning announcement on Saturday night — a sold-out show. The annual Miss Tennessee USA and Miss Tennessee Teen USA pageants hosted more than 70 delegates from around the state for the weekend pageant on March 9 - 11 at APSU. The 2023 pageant marked Clarksville's 22nd year of hosting the event. Ringler is from Clinton, Miss.
